Based on our findings, we will provide a customized improvement plan addressing your school district’s specific challenges and goals. From route optimization to incorporating student id cards, we will discuss the upgrades and improvements to increase your efficiency as a department while keeping safety a priority.
Fleet Operations & Modernization
We provide an in-depth, data-driven fleet assessment to determine how you will conduct shop operations more efficiently and safely. We aim to develop practices that will increase fuel efficiently, reduce safety hazards, and ensure your mechanics are functioning as good stewards of your allocated funds. We have extensive experience in electric solutions including grant opportunities, current EV school bus options, and re-charging infrastructure. Finally, we will collaborate with local venders to provide you with the best school buses for your fleet replacement plan.
Training and Development
We provide targeted training for an array of transportation professionals. We will teach, coach, and mentor transportation directors, coordinators, supervisors, and managers on human capital management techniques, recruiting and retention practices, scheduling, student discipline, and emergency operations. We will primarily focus on your routing, dispatching, and training staff to hone their skills, develop new practices, and align your department to work more efficiently together. We provide department training opportunities at your school district and across the DFW Metroplex to give your entire department the opportunity to learn, network, and collaborate with other transportation professionals.

Specializing in multifunctional logistics, we will meet with your school district, define goals, and collaborate with your leaders, local venders, and manufacturers to address your technology, transportation operations, fleet maintenance program, safety and compliance processes, video surveillance processes, in-transit visibility, student discipline, and other related areas of focus.
Grant Support
We will assist with recommending grant opportunities when they are available. We will assist your school district in collecting the necessary grant requirements to submit your grant application. We will provide instructions how to apply when the grant application process opens. Most importantly, we will guide you through the entire process and ensure you remain in compliance with the grant requirements to preserve your ability to apply for grants in the future.
